Made some progress and got to the final step, but the page just times out after clicking compete order. Hope I can squeeze it through. Some of the stuff in my cart others mentioned as being OOS already, but I'd be happy if the order even goes through at this point.

Happened the same thing to me, never made it to the order confirmation page but I just kept refreshing...I finally got confirmation email several agonizing minutes later. But no confirmation page. You might want to try checking your email while refreshing.

Yeah I got screwed. The Paysan and Mystery box 2 sold out and it kicked me back to the cart because of that. Currently trying to checkout again....

I log in, get as far as the payment page (after an hour and a half of waiting) and the server "forgets" who I am. Currently I can't even start over to see if my account still has the items in the cart.

Happened to me twice, you might have to sign in again but cart stayed the same for me.

1 hour and 45 minutes later I managed to buy a 15V PM2. I wanted a couple others but once I added the PM2 to my cart there was no way I was going back in to the sale page. Once I finally got to my cart getting through all the check out pages was rough. I just kept refreshing my browser each time I the page timed out. This was on my PC. I never did get through with my phone or tablet. I'm still thinking about a second Paysan to customize but I don't think I want to go through all that again

Just mishandled all around... I get they are not a web commerce company, but when you promote a sale like this, you gotta expect the traffic.

I kept getting to the first address/checkout page, but never any further. At one point I got an error saying it detected fraudulent activity or a VPN or something. Probably from refreshing it countless times.

Disappointing, but oh well...

I think if they invested more in better e-commerce solutions and revamped the website to be more customer-friendly, this needn't be the last one ever.

After almost 2 hours I managed to order.
I've removed the Mystery Box since I'd be very disappointed if there was like a Native or PM2 with a 15V sprint.

Went for :
- Emphasis (loved the Efficient, I fixed everything on it since the blade was straight)
- Wings Slipit
- Military Satin
- Native Chief M390 Satin

270 USD with shipping, then it'll be 50 to 70 € in taxes. Will still make for an excellent deal compared to European prices

Hard to say. They do get chaotic and yeah, if the website/server isn't upgraded to handle the spike in traffic it's gonna become more and more frustrating as more customers jump on these sales.

Time will tell I guess.

Took about an hour from start to finish, lots of reloading and refreshing. Card has been charged and email received. Picked up the Massad Ayoob SpyderEdge Sprint Run and Military Model G-10 Black Blade. All of this from a Centurylink DSL in the high country.
