Native Chief and the Amalgam. The later is criminally overlooked.
I plead guilty about the Amalgam . MG2

Manix 2 XL for my ‘other’ vote, although the Yojumbo is also a delightful larger choice. Just depends what you happen to be doing with it.

I like the Police 4 LW. I haven't used many of the other models mentioned in the list. It fits my hand better than the Endura. What surprised me the most was how it didn't feel so big in hand or in pocket.Given its thinness, I would say it fits better in pocket (from an ingress/egress POV) than the Lil' Temp 3 LW.

The Opus (discontinued) is a great slicer, and has great ergos. I recently snagged one and it has been getting a lot of use.
This is a design I've been drawn to in the past. Never held one, but something about it. It is clearly a Spyderco (the hole gives it away), but there were enough design choices (and liner lock) that kinda set it apart. Cool looking knife.

Large Spydercos are usually my favorite and make up a huge part of my collection. My overall favorites are the K2 and Hundred Pacer.

From your list though, easily the military.

Edit: and as previously mentioned, the Amalgam is a criminally underrated knife. It's definitely my favorite compression lock flipper, and probably my favorite compression lock model overall.

Military and Police for me. Preference to the Milie because I find the linerlock easier and faster to use.

Anyone who hasn't tried an Amalgam is missing out. Big knife, super fun flipper, fantastic ergonomics, great kitchen knife for chopping vegetables, perfection. Love my Amalgam. Best knife ever.

Given the poll options, I voted for the Endura & the Para Military, although personally, I don't consider the Para Military a large folder (I think of it as more of on the upper-end of the full-size range).

If we take the Para Military out of consideration, I would have voted for the Endura & the Shaman.

Voted “Other”, meaning “all of the above”, plus others I have and prize, such as the C16 Wayne Goddard, the C46 Bob Lum, the C54 Calypso, and the C95 Manix and Manix2 XL.

I did sell my Tatanka because I thought it too large.

I needed to think about my second choice for a few days. I landed on the Endura from this list. Is it a big knife? Maybe. Maybe not. It does have a fair bit of edge length and it’s a terrific larger EDC, so that’s where I am on that.

My second favorite big spyderco folder is kind of a hard choice. But I think I’d have to go classic SS police…

Pacific Salt, voted other. But, Stretch XL and/or Native Chief LW are surely in my future. Possibly Military 2 as well.

While I haven’t had to use it for its intended purpose, I appreciate the Yojumbo’s capability.

For SE, it would be my serrated LC200N PacSalt.

For PE, from the stand point of practical multifaceted use design, it would be hard to deny my S35VN Resilience. Plain and ordinary looking, but a reliable and effective tool over the broad spectrum of applications......just won't win any beauty contests or turn many heads. No WOW factor, but your hand doesn't care.
