Shaman replaced Sage2 at work. It's a bit hard to get used to the CL after years of using the FL, but hopefully you will be fine

Nice to have you back again, Filoso!
At the same time it's kind of worrisome to notice that our Austrian mountain goat is unusually absent.
I haven't been too active myself. Though I haven't exactly been away, I just haven't had time to engage in more than a couple of threads, so this is one I've had to sacrifice for a while.
Today, and most days:
DF2 wharncliffe, SAK Cadet
Yesterday was one of those rare autumn days that actually allowed for a t-shirt and shorts outfit:
Grabbed a shorts from the "slightly used pile", that way I also know it comes pre-loaded with a suitable knife. Later in the day when I needed to cut something and reached inside my pocket to see what I had there, I was happy to find the MBS, but after using it for a few cuts I thought the pivot looked kind of tilted. A quick look on the other side revealed a missing pivot screw and washer. After a short moment thinking of the possible inconvenience that could be involved in replacing those two tiny parts, I was happy to realize they were both still hiding among the lint in the bottom of my pocket. Gave it a generous splash of loctite before putting it back together.

Hehehe. Well, if I tell you most days from mid July to end of August where below 15C/59F, that should probably give you some insight into what temperatures we can expect in our autumn months.
I should mention that this summer has been unusually cold, we wouldn't typically expect many days below 20C/68F.
It's kind of wistful that we're now moving towards winter and yet it doesn't really feel like we've had any real summer.
The very weird flip side of this terrible summer, is that while most of Europe and even domestically, in the southern parts, are experiencing droughts and skyrocketing energy prices, our soil is soaked and hydro power plant magazines are brimful, bringing energy prices to a tiny fraction of the European average. It's all so, so weird.

It was a fantastic morning along the hog backs today.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Same again. Knocking out some house projects today. Amazing how much one can get done in a long weekend if Mama and three kids are out of town.
Slightly obsessed…

Love em.
If we spent as much time trying as we do doubting, we might have already accomplished it.
