Almost certainly the K11p & K11s kitchen knives, as I make sandwiches every morning when I’m half asleep!
Re: last two Spyderco knives you cut yourself with
For all the knife-handling I do, I very rarely cut myself.. and I've never cut myself seriously (knocks on wood).. the only cuts I can remember are..
PM2 Tanto - I was removing a zip-tie-style tag from a package (i think it was on a backpack or similar).. I was holding the tag in the left hand, the knife in my right.. lost track of the tip and managed to poke into my left index finger. The cut was tiny, maybe 3/8 in long, but reasonably deep, luckily it didn't knick anything important.. I put a butterfly stitch and a bandaid on it and it healed up so well that I can barely see that it was ever there.
Smallfly 2 - tried to get a little too adventurous and somehow managed to stab myself on the tip of my pinky finger. This was a tiny cut, just a couple small drops of blood.
Pacific Salt 2 - went to close the back lock, misjudged my positioning on the handle and dropped the sharpened edge of the blade on my index finger rather than the choil.. clean cut, a few drops of blood, and you better believe that's only happened the one time!

Today my Kapara bit me. I was peeling an apple and my dogs distracted me. Had to hit the urgent care for some glue and a tetanus shot. Wouldn’t normally go for a cut like that but it bled profusely and I couldn’t get it to stop. The knife is fine.

Re: last two Spyderco knives you cut yourself with
I've never actually cut myself with a Spyderco. I came close once and closed a Pac Salt on my fingernail. The teeth left a couple good marks on my nail but it wasn't what I'd consider a cut.

I don't remember the last time I cut myself or what knife it was. I think it was only once and while I was sharpening
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!

I feel like I nick myself all the time. When I'm doing manual labor, I am the sweater and the bleeder. Never serious just scratches. Just a nick, but all the time.

Depends on what you call a cut. Usually, I only get *very* minor cuts or nicks with my Spydercos. My only two serious cuts (requiring stitches or surgery) have been from other brands. Both ultimately caused by inattention.

Would have to be two of my kitchen knives, most likely a K05 Small Utility and a Murray Carter Petty.

Chaparral got me with a small nick a while back. That blade is a laser beam.

Any new to me model will usually get me at least once. That settles down after learning how to drive it.

I don't think I've accidentally cut myself with any of my current collection. I think maybe I cut myself on my old spydiechef trying to cut onions? would've been years ago.
edit: I'm sure I'm jinxing myself by saying that, I've got a yojimbo 2 in the mail...

The Salt 2 Green.
Bit me last week. Caught my middle finger on the close.
We made up though.

It's a little lame but I try to remind myself "think twice, cut once"
Y'know that spidey sense feeling you get when you're about to make a dumb cut? Just learn to follow it. It will not steer you wrong.
That being said I nicked my thumb about 3 weeks ago with my Spydiechef, while awkwardly gripping a bagel, and stupidly thinking "there's a better knife for this"
