Haha! It was one of those purchases where I wanted something new and different to me, but didn't want to spend a lot. Then justified not having a Salt knife for our trip to Cape Cod this summer, as well as our friends with a cabin on the water that we'll go to a few times this summer too. Hardly used for $55, I couldn't say no!
