wow. i didn't expect it to be that much longer than the manix. i thought they were about the same size. i think i may need one of these in my collection if i can find one in a configuration i like.

Hopefully a standard version will come back in whatever configuration. You may not prefer the ZDP-189. It rusts fairly easily. Like if you cut up an orange, you better wipe it down quick. Different then let's say K390 that will patina very easily, but does not rust that easily. I do not see any patina on the ZDP.

Been a couple weeks since I've had a Chief in pocket. That's a couple weeks too long. Such a great folder. When carrying a Military in pocket, you know it's there. The Chief, for being a comparable size...just disappears. I love this thing.
