Man I don't need those, but darn I want one lol. Pinnacle of production cutlery in my book right there.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Pre-Idaho large 21 in S30V with a Lynch clip. My favorite CRK carry.

Man, I am jealous of that.

I was still selling knives for a living when they introduced the Idaho stamp, and I thought it was an eye sore.

These days, I think I've grown used to it, but that sure is a beaut.

Finally got a CRK back in pocket to close out the week. Waiting on a driver with a 7,000lb spool of electrical cable. Might as well sneak in a pic while I wait!

^ Great shot Rick! I carried my Umnumzaan pretty much exclusively for most of February. I haven't carried the same knife for so long in quite a while.. the Zaan is such a good knife!

I can understand why! It has such a different feel to it, even compared to other CRK's. I've read people saying they have/had one but prefer a PM2 when it comes to that size range. I think their both so different, that it's worth having at least one of each!

That's my feeling. I have such a hard time with the whole "pick one over the other" thing when it comes to knives that are really good, but in different ways.. I'm just glad I can have both and carry whichever one I please when the mood strikes hahah!

Decent restock of Sebenzas large and small at Knife Joy, including the first S45vn wood inlay I've seen with polished handles and blade, as well as the first micarta with a polished blade.

Don't think I've seen many Wilson Combats or LHs so far in this thread so here's my contribution. All three purchased between 2012-2014; I'm not getting rid of them but I've never really had the itch to expand past this either. Appreciate seeing all y'all's pics, though - some good looking knives in this thread. :smlling-eyes

LH WC "Starbenza" 21
LH WC "Small Starbenza" 21
LH Honduran Rosewood Mnandi

The small I used to carry quite a bit but these days I honestly do usually go for a Spyderco if I need to be <3". I've found I still like a larger handle with a small blade and the Delica or Para3 do that better.

The large continues to get some carry. The ~3.6" blade length is a personal favorite of mine for folders; the large 21 compares well with a Spyderco GB2 or Benchmade 730 or 581 for this.

Always enjoyed the "Starbenza" configuration, though. Dual studs all the way. Tried the small 21 PJ and small 21 micarta inlaid and they didn't stick with me.

The Mnandi I've rarely carried because I'm too worried about messing it up. Need to just gut a deer with it next season and really break it in to get comfortable using it, haha. :winking-tongue

Nice lineup! I still regret not jumping on the Wilson Combat 20% off sale years ago... people spend crazy money on them now. I actually like the frag on the Zaan better, but the Starbenza definitely has an allure to it, with all the other patterned Sebenzas only having machining on the show side.

Agreed that the GB2 is the closest Spydie to a Benza. I keep hoping we will see a Slysz Rat or similar colab someday!

I agree with that statement, about the GB2. Wish I never sold mine, didn’t I sell it to you Abba? 😂

Got lucky scrolling and scored a drop point Umnumzaan at SoonerState last week and got it today. First impressions are happy. This thing is beastly. And surprisingly quiet. I think I psyched myself out about the opening/closing. Isn’t anywhere near as bad as some of the things I’ve read. Definitely different than a Sebenza though.

Carried my small 21 PJ today. Sweet little knife. Forgot how smooth it was.
