Granted it’s discontinued…who out there has a K11 cook’s knife and how do you feel about it?
Sure, it’s one classy lookin blade for the kitchen, but other than that, is there any functional reason to want to track one down to replace my z-cut?

Re: K11 cook’s knife
I love mine. I gifted one to a friend and he’s always using his. It’s a nice blade for the kitchen. I find it excels with larger fruits, pineapples, melons, etc. I also use it to slice cooked meats.

I love mine, in both PE & SE, and use one or the other every day.
Re: K11 cook’s knife
I had both, and they were awesome. I ended up gifting them to my brother after he used them and raved on and on about them.

Re: K11 cook’s knife
We have one and we really like it. We also have a couple K04s & K05s and like those as well
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!
Re: K11 cook’s knife
We have the Cook’s, Chef’s and a serrated Z-cut in our knife block. All nice to have around and used frequently.

Re: K11 cook’s knife
We have a serrated one; good knife but not sure there's any reason to search one out at this point vs any other ~6" petty knife.
The smooth, somewhat narrow/rounded handle does seem a little prone to rolling in hand vs a wa handle or taller, somewhat more squared off western handle or the molded handle on the K05, but it's not a big issue.
