That DOES look good, but i'd be in it for the scales rather than the M4.

I’m not interested ins the scales or the steel, but that black hardware would look great on my CF Rex45 native chief.

Blade HQ doesn’t ship to Canada so I’m out for this drop. I have to say though, this thread is making me reconsider the Chief. Had a REX45, sold it. I think I may have screwed up. Luckily my retailer still has stock. Hmmm...

They do currently ship to Canada and with a lockback it should get thru customs without any problems.

I bought the CutleryShoppe exclusive and was at my door within 3 days. + ~40$ in taxes, but that's to be expected.

I mean, I emailed them directly maybe 2 months ago because they had a Case Sodbuster I wanted, and one of their reps told me they aren't shipping to Canada due to COVID. Did something change recently?

I don't know about that, but I can get to checkout and choose a shipping option to Canada.

There are some knives that are blocked from shipping to Canada like flippers because of the 2018 CBSA debacle

That's the plan. Green scales and a DLC carbon steel blade is my favorite combo. The BHQ series is pretty much perfect for me with the way the scales take dye. Missed the Millie but I've got all the alerts set for this one.

I've always had & seen better results with the Rit 'DyeMore' product line meant for "synthetics" -- have you tried any of them?

I got my order in hitch free.

At 12:00:17 when I refreshed it went from coming soon to sold out. I thought you gotta be kidding me. Refreshed again and it showed in stock and I could order multiple. Go figure.
