I really understand just a bit of Italian, but I think you´re asking when this model (in 440v) was produced, right?!
I am not good enough to actually reply in Italian, sorry.
I am not an expert on the Millie history, and I´ve never seen that kind of packaging tbh. Maybe someone else can help.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Re: Spyderco military 440v
I think he is asking in what particular year was that Millie produced... (gernot beat me to it)

Re: Spyderco military 440v
Yes, I wanted to know year of production, because I have never seen this package
Re: Spyderco military 440v
Thanks for the pics. It looks like this specific model variation (model and place of manufacture written on the blade, slightly curved clip with 3 screws) was manufactured between the years of 1998 and 2001. http://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?title=C36_Military
Re: Spyderco military 440v
I have that Military version (bought in 1999). I fact I use a picture of that Millie as my avatar in this forum.
I tend to believe that the unit of Christian Varalli had the clip painted in black by a previous owner.
In the picture of the clip of my Millie the Spyderco logo and the number of the US patent (and an indication that foreign patents are pending) can be clearly seen/read. In the clip of Christian Varalli's Millie the logo and words can be "guessed" as if they had been covered by a coat of painting.

According to the Spydiewiki, it was made in the late 1990s to early 2000s. http://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?title=C36_Military

Re: Spyderco military 440v
I was finding the 440V, SE Military model relatively easy to find all the way out to 2005 or thereabout. They didn't get really tough to find until about 2009 or so. But since about 2012 they are getting to be a really tough find in PE or SE. And forget about finding an ATS-34 version from that time slot.JRinFL wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 4:04 pmAccording to the Spydiewiki, it was made in the late 1990s to early 2000s. http://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?title=C36_Military
And that's funny that you don't hear much about the ATS-34 Military model in PE or SE. If I was focused on just the collector aspect I would want the ATS-34 version much more. Because ATS-34 Spyderco models are getting really, really hard to find.
I've got an ATS-34 JD Smith model and you wouldn't believe the offers I've had for it in the past year. But some of the older models out of that era I like so much that money just won't entice me any longer.

More precisely, his model was made from 1998 to 2001.JRinFL wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 4:04 pmAccording to the Spydiewiki, it was made in the late 1990s to early 2000s. http://www.spydiewiki.com/index.php?title=C36_Military
