It was haunting me but is in the mail now. A 440v SE Military :)
Good find. Let me know how strong the detent is when you get it. Mine is a great knife, but of all my dozen or so Millies, this is the weakest detent. It doesn't appear to be an issue of age, I have several around those years that are probably my strongest detent and lockup

Spyderco Temperance fixed blade, all the B.S. talk putting down VG-10 kept me from buying it and now that I know better about VG-10 I wish I would have ignored the so called self appointed expert VG-10 ain't good enough experts. The knife is pretty hard to come by now without paying allot for it.

Would buy a new one today for a good price.

Slyz Bowie. It was kind of early on in my spyderco collecting career, and just couldn't bring myself to spend that much at the time.

100% NATIVE CHIEF.

It seems like a pipe dream at this point.

mine has to be the British blades forum knife, i started the idea and the thread many years ago on the forum, which quickly gathered pace and i believe a concept was made, unfortunately due to a marriage break up and then ill health i never knew what happened with the project, sal, could you shed some light, did it ever materialize? i know you spoke on the thread while i was still around, unfortunately the forum is no more so i can not even go back and read through the thread. shame really as it promised to be a beautiful knife, i believed the popular design choice was to be in the style of the native but to be UK legal carry.
Hi Jimc,

We made one for British blades and one for Edge matters.

Hopefully I'm not on the carnivore diet by then.

Thank you Sal.

This is truly haunting. I think they need to perfect the heat treat before releasing this. I wouldn't even blame them if they lowered the hardness (if they felt it was necessary).

Wow nice score!

Thanks!

It's user grade, but all the better since I don't have an excuse to not carry it. :)

The British Blades knife was an Urban in Elmax with forest green frn.

//forum.spyderco.com/viewto ... =2&t=70665

The EdgeMatters forum knife was a K390 Pingo in Blue frn.

//forum.spyderco.com/viewto ... =2&t=70922

Both really nice pieces. Sadly wasn't on board for them myself.
