SPYDERMAN's KNIFE?
Which of the Spyderco knives would Peter Parker aka Spider Man use if he was a real person? Or should I call him "Spyder Man"?
What types of tasks would he use the knife for?
1 Cutting his webbing in an emergency if he were to be tangled up in it or had to free someone tangled up in the webbing or other cordage.
2 Emergency combat: He would most likely not resort to a blade for hand to hand combat from what we see of his usual tactics but the situation may come up.
3 Throwing if need be.
4 Other utilitarian applications.
Sal, how about teaming up with Marvel Comics and making a limited edition Spider Man knife?

Re: SPYDERMAN's KNIFE?
he can't clip it anywhere! :p
and, like real Spyders, he doesn't adhere to his own web
and he never kills his enemies, so using a knife in combat would not fit into his MO for fighting crime :o

The Mike Draper folder would be it.
Definitely looks like Spider-Man’s knife. In a very good way!

It would have to be a web bladed Spyderco Q, R or S.

Spiderman can lift 10 tons. What does he need to cut again?
Also spiderman is in New York. So legally that's a touchy subject.

Re: SPYDERMAN's KNIFE?
He's perpetually short of money; he's not going to carry anything expensive. If he carries anything at all, my money would be on something small and inexpensive like a Byrd Robin. Maybe an Ambitious if he really wants to stretch his budget, but this is a guy who's worried about paying his rent. If he has a knife that costs more than $50 it's only because someone gave it to him as a present.
It's probably way more likely that a geeky sort like Peter Parker has a multitool that happens to have a knife blade, rather than a dedicated pocketknife.
