As I've said before I'm not a huge fan of small folders for the most part but I do have a few exceptions. One being the Carbon Fiber Cricket and I do believe that I could really learn to like this little guy if they would also offer it up in Spyderedge. Because if my CF Cricket were not in Spyderedge I would have virtually no use for it either.

I like the concept of a compact wharnie blade but again in SE I can see a lot of jobs I could use it for. This is the first time I've seen this little guy. And it's got a blade steel that does have a good track record with serrated blades.
The McNees reminds me of a Toad on steroids.
Here's a serrated example of same:

Looking forward to the mini-McNees, especially in XHP

good luck

I had the chance to handle this knife last weekend at the OKCA show and I loved it!! It’s tiny for sure, basically the size of two Ladybugs stacked on each other, and the fit and finish is great! It has a mean little wharnie blade on it that actually bit me neatly on the tip of my finger when I was putting it back down on the prototype table (in the open position for viewing). I loved the rock pattern texturing of the lockbar cutout on the frame and on the pivot, that made it look more like a custom-made offering (I’m a huge fan of that texture). It’s a must-buy for me for sure! Such a fun little fidget knife, and it will undoubtedly be super useful as a very discreet EDC piece. Two thumbs up from me! Cheers, Radioactive :)

I’ve admired the custom version for some time, so I’m definitely going to buy one of these when they come.

These wee little knives have a charm all their own. Like the Toad, Chicago and Cricket. This one looks like it would actually work well for breaking down boxes at the office and opening mail. Looks fun!

I like how the pivot looks like it functions as a lock bar over travel stop.

edit: it doesn't, just looked like that in the photo

I am so in for this one. It is probably The one Knife I will be getting out of the new releases. I like the pivot screw and lock bar cutout having the texture like the customs

I handled this one at Blade, too small for me. I'll take a JLM over this one, they have far superior ergonomics.

Congrats on the "sponsorship" Nick. I'd say you're a lucky man but you worked for it. Always enjoy your vids (especially the "terrible knife" vids, pure gold :D ) .

Nice!

I'm definitely planning to grab one of these. Will probably wait until after the seconds sale this year to pick one up. Might end up pulling the trigger on a new one while I'm at SFO... :spyder:
