Just picked up my first Endura, so....this one! Since it's a bigger knife went with the non-ffg. That blade is THICK!

2nd that! Very cool. I like that your not afraid to let it patina. That steel seems to get nice patinas from what I've seen. Wish my HAP40/SUS410 Delica would get that color.
