Sliced up some sushi for a two year old and forgot to wipe the blade off before avacado dried all over it. No problem for H1.

Thanks Jazz, maybe you should take a look to the Manix with back lock...it has all the features you are looking for.

Dang! You have me beat! I've been cutting on a block of wood (3"x2"x5") on and off all summer. All I have to show for it is a dowel rod that's approx 5/8" dia. x 5". Trying to make a toothpick I guess. :D
