Sounds like you did not have a good experience with them. I reached out to them during the sale and they honored the 50% off for 2 knives that were on the page but the promo code wasn't working for: a UKPK rescue and a nishijin Cricket. Although obvious they have been handled, they showed no sign of any prior cutting. I would classify as "like new in box." Both were exactly as described on the item pages. My order total was $83 for a Golden model and classy discontinued gents knife, so I am very happy with my transaction with them.

Got mine yesterday. The grind was a little lopsided on the PE section, but it doesn't matter. It's the sharpest knife I've received in recent memory. I'm almost thinking that the only thing that might unseat it at this point is a combo edge Wharncliffe Delica.
