My baby who I have given **** for a year, and is my pride and joy! It came with uneven bevels, like, visibly half shorter and steeper. Took me lots of patience of on and off working on it with diamond rods. Stopping every time I felt I was rushing go on for a while slowly but steadily, and I'm very pleased with the result and kind of proud. I only had vg10 delica to practice sharpening with, let alone re profiling. Vg10 was doable after some time, S110V is a tad more of a chore and after hearing about all the discouraging posts about this I was sceptical but I intend to keep learning and improving this hobby and all that comes with it so.. As for the delica incline at the top; I have no need for a needle point and neither did the stone floor at my garden apparently - and read taking the top down like this will strengthen the (still bloody sharp) tip as well and I feel like I really made this pm2 my own. After de stressing the edge and going through the motions with 15° reprofiling, with a 20° micro bevel as finishing touch. I can attest that it's just as sharp as when I got it, if not a wee tad better.

Now I know I can handle s110v, I'm also confident I can handle most other steels with (increasingly higher) proficiency later! Perhaps some of you find it so so but I feel all those cuts and Hours paid off and I've achieved my first and primary goal so..
I love my pm2, there are many like it but this one is mine! I will.. Ahum. Lemme know what you guys think about it.
