Well I just got my blue pe.I like it,really neat knife.The ball lock is solid!! It flips open with the slightest flick of the wrist.
What I would like to do is cut down the handle.I would like to cut it off just past the slots for the clip,then round it so it looks more like a Meercat handle,add a spacer and carry in my pocket.
I really like the look when I tape off the "dolphin nose",I just can't bring myself to break out the saw and files yet.
Anyone cut g-10? I would think its easy to shape and smooth.
Oh how do you remove this clip?It seems like I need 2 torx drivers as one just spins the whole thing.
You are in no danger sawing and fileing G10.
It could be harmful, if you cause a lot of dust as in Grinding it, but for that most people use a good respirator.
Good idea, I'd love to see one with a meercat shaped handle. I knowyou've already seen mine on BF but for everyone else, see my post (customized my Dodo).
