I think I made a mistake. Real or Fake?

I foolishly and impulsively purchased what was listed as a Paramilitary 2 about half an hour ago. I immediately regretted it. I contacted the seller immediately and asked if the knife is not an authentic paramilitary 2 to refund my money. The sellers response was:

“This item is 100% GUARANTEED to be Brand New and Factory Sealed.”

Obviously, that is not saying it is an authentic Paramilitary 2. I responded to the seller as such.

Welcome to our forum. I'm sorry to say, that is a counterfeit. Hopefully, you can dispute the purchase and get a full refund.

My credit card company marked the purchase for dispute, reported it to eBay, and the seller issued a refund.

Told me not to bid on any more of his/her auctions. As if I’m the jerk for not wanting counterfeit merchandise.
