I hope I am spelling their name right: I want to introduce you all to MAM Knives of Portugal. They appear to operate along similiar lines to the French Opinel, Nontron, and other knives, and are very similiar to other Mediterranean and Southern European knives such as Italian and Sicilian knives. They use German stainless steel and wood and other materials and are very good and actually inexpensive.
