Just ordered one late last week. Should have it by end of this week if not a tad sooner. Very excited about this one. From what I gather she is built like a Tank and smooth as silk. Just what I love. I will be turning her into an SBR of course, and will get a can for her as well.
I'm hoping that there are some members here that have one and can post some pics.
I'll get some pics up asap. Thanx all! :D
Beautiful weapon you have there!

I USED to be an avid handgun enthusiast! Loaded 40SW, 45, 38, 357, 9mm ,10mm , 30 carbine, and 44mag. Shot at least 200-400 rounds a week (mostly 40SW, 357, and 44) and couldn't get enough. I even brought my future wife over for dinner on a date to help me load. ..she loved it!

Now it's just 5-8 times a year with the kids on the winter desert trips. Still have all the equipment to load ...but never have the energy or time. Getting ammo in California is not as easy as it once was. ...at least for me.

I drive through Ashville couple times a year on the way to SC...beautiful place!

Have fun with that beauty!

James
Thank you James!
Wow, you were really into the sport. Cool.
I would love to one day maybe start reloading.
As of now however, ammo is priced pretty reasonable.

Awesome!
That's very nice to be able to make your own rounds. I'd say you have some very, very tight groups :D
Btw, dont ya just love the set trigger on that CZ?
I gotta say, CZ really has it goin on imo.
Btw did I mention I had a new Shadow 2 that came in yesterday?
It's a very nice pistol. I'll get some pics up.
Reloading can be very rewarding for normal people but I’m manic and a toolmaker by trade and apart from turning case necks (I’ve never had a custom chamber) I probably prep cases better than most competiton bench rest shooters, so I can shoot pigs in the arse! Ah, hahaha!

The Swift is a different animal. A mate who shoots a 22-250 and I set up with a spotting scope, and bi pods on a ground sheet, 250-300 yards off a rabbit warren ... sometimes I just scare them. :D

My CZ’s trigger is as crisp as I’ve owned or used because being manic I pulled the trigger box out and disassembled it, did all the mandatory polishing, turned spacer/trust washers out of 0.001”, 0.002”, 0.003” and 0.005” brass shim and shimmed everything inside the “box”. It took out the biggest percentage of the triggers side to side play and now everything that ran steel on steel runs on brass thrust washers like the blade at the pivot on our folders. I replaced the original spring with one out of a tyre valve too. :)

Paul, if you have a CZ 527 trigger you’d like to play with PM me. I made plenty of shims. ;)

You've got the keys to the candy store so to speak my friend :D

So, been a while since I've added to this thread.
Alls I can say is, anyone that's on the fence about getting an SBR or pistol and a brace, then dont be. Go for it lol!
Seriously, this is the most fun I've ever had shooting a semi auto rifle besides my M1A. It has the same kind magic that the Springfield M1A has. In fairness to CZ, I will say that this Bren is by far the smoothest lowest recoil semi automatic rifle I've ever shot as well. She just flat out stays on target.
So far 200 trouble free rounds down range. Honestly I dont have any complaints at all.
