Oh my...so about a 1/4" of the tip is useful!? Doesn't even look sharp! What a contraption...great for impaling something I suppose?? :(

Haha! I'm just the one grilling them. My girl does all the prep work. But...if it makes her job easier it still might change my life lol

^ and yes, the one you linked was the one I found. The knife in the OP might be interesting though.

Guess I was on the right track with impaling haha. Figured I'd see that thing in someone's hands on The Walking Dead.

People are paying $900 for these though. They're not even steel.

I like the review where the husband “loved it” as his Xmas present. I’ve had to play that part once or twice, thinking “fixed smile, remember it’s the thought that counts!”

Funnily enough I’ve seen that look on others a few times as well, though ....

You all don't think the reviews could all be done by the seller, do you? Surely people would not do such a thing. :p

Seem to be in vogue now, think a few companies are offering similar. One way of getting around restrictions on double edged blades. ;)
Modern take on French three sided bayonet. Reminds me of some broadheads I saw years ago. Good for stabbing, not much else. Makes a nasty wound. Not something I'd want to explain to cops in a SD scenario. OTOH, might be a real conversation piece as an ice pick at a party. :D

With 2Cr as the steel, the ice is likely to win that encounter!

I had no idea this was a copy of a $1000+ Microtech "knife" when I posted this... thought it was just some asenine Chinese designed Mall Ninja toy!

I like the fact that a real Jagdkommando has to be unscrewed from its sheath... just the sort of quick to the fight design principles I look for in a Tactical SD oriented tent peg!!

Well at least it has solid retention if it has to be unscrewed! No one can quickly take your sharpened tent stake from your belt!

I made one of these by accident about 20 years ago when a very tight screw on a Honda MT50 wouldn't budge and turned a very cheap flat blade screwdriver into a spiral.

Unlike this thing (and the original) my version was still good for undoing slot-head screws :D
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.
