These two today. Both are things I wish Spyderco to do. Now that Graham and Crkt are through with their collaboration I’d love a Spyderazel! And a traditional Spyderco, they’ve done a few kind of what I’d like but not quite, Roadie, kiwi, but I’d like to see the closest thing they could come up with to a traditional but with a slight Spydiness to it.

This little guy today. Made it myself from aluminum. It doesn't cut though. Good "fidget spinner" with the hole and all. Still gotta skeletonize the handle.

I had this Cold Steel Luzon for over a week now and it is a very nice inexpensive knife.
Usually I dislike flippers but I am liking the design and feel of this knife.
For a liner lock it is solid, it does have a manual safety but I don’t use it.

It is 8cr steel and so far I like how it is performing, I doubt it is as good as my Cara Cara which is very likely my best example of 8cr steel.
My main gripe with the knife is that they didn’t do a lefty clip for it and usually CS is decent in that area.

No Spyderco knives this evening. In memory of the recently passed Mr. A. G. Russell, one of his own designs and his personal favorite EDC knife:

It's like a benchmade yojimbo.

What is it called?

BM 425 Snody Gravitator

From what I understand it was made not long after him and Mike Janich collaborated on the original ronin and yojimbo

Just so happens with a little Google fu. Mike just did an article about this in August
https://blademag.com/knife-collecting/o ... ical-knife

Also forgot to mention this knife is long discontinued by BM.

Haven't seen one of those in a while. I got one around when I picked up a smurf Yojimbo 1, then decided I preferred the Yojimbo.

Yeah the yojimbos feel more secure in the hand. I don't carry my smurf Yo much because i have the Yo2 and i find it's a better design overall. I recently picked up a black gravitator from ebay too but i haven't carried it yet.
