Totally agree. Not everyone has easy, disposable income. I have no problem with this whatsoever.

You're probably right. A 3 to 4-month max wait really isn't bad compared to over 7 months having passed since the Mid-year Product Guide announced the Smock, Drunken, and Paysan last year.

I think that is very reasonable. I know it will give me time to save up for a Meerkat. Hopefully they will not sell out before I can get one.

I was interested in the Abel native 5s, then saw the $495 price tag, thought that was for the set, but that's each...

.......................This Native is ONLY SOLD BY ABEL not Spyderco. And when you go to Abel website......THEY ALSO CHARGE $16 FOR SHIPPING ON TOP OF $495 PER KNIFE. And for the fun of it, I put all 3 knives in an order cart......THEY THEN WANT $25 FOR SHIPPING ON TOP OF $1,485 KNIFE COSTS !!!! WOW....WOW....WOW....And on top of that you can also pay $88 for next day air !!! Nothing is cheap at Abel.
