2019 Catalog Live!

#1

Post by TazKristi »

Our 2019 Product Guide is now available in digital form here, http://catalog.spyderco.com/productguide/! To request a hard copy of the 2019 catalog please visit, https://www.spyderco.com/catalog/. We anticipate hard copies of the 2019 Product Guide to be available in late December.

As you peruse the pages of our new catalog, you’ll notice that they provide the most up-to-date reference on our current product line and focus on knives and sharpeners that are in active inventory and ready to be purchased, as well as soon-to-be-released products that have been announced in previous product literature. To better balance the timing between the announcement and actual release of our all-new products, we will be rolling out a new product “reveal” process. Look for more details on that process in the catalog and in future announcements from Spyderco.

Thank you for your continued interest in Spyderco products!
There is nothing more important than this one day.

I'm happy to see that Spyderco hasn't given up on Maxamet for the Military family!

I applaud the new approach re. new releases! As i have posted on FB, i kinda miss the 'good ol' days' when you heard of, or saw a new model introduced, and could most of the time order/buy one over the counter within days.
Silly as it may sound i actually prefer to "live in the dark" until a new product is actually imminent.

I like that spyderco is going to dedicate a special part of their website for new product reveals... Will be bookmarking that link and checking it often. I am kind of looking forward to all the new complete surprises sight unseen and not having the yearly catalog be such a focus and something that is a source of contention.

The new 'Reveal' webpage will make RamZar's updates easier. ;)

Phew, relieved there are no new "must haves". I was scared to look! I need to recoup some funds.

Indeed, I must say there's not a one surprise. And no section on sprint runs!! How can this be? Will they not be announced with some time in advance anymore, like e.g. the Vtoku2 sprints this/last year?

Anybody else getting a message that says "ERROR 113" when they submit their request for a hard copy of the catalog? I've tried 4 times with the same result. I hope I don't end up getting 4 copies of the catalog.

Me too, but i knew it would be too early for that. Maybe the mid year catalog.
I am really interested in how the Micarta tests Sal was doing turned out. That will make or break this.
