I agree with the compression lock! That's the only part of the Dodo that I don't like, the BBL.

i just want them to make the matriarch 2 in h1. a blacked out and waved matriarch 2 salt se would be the perfect iwb knife for defense and backup edc. probably the only knife that could replace the pacific salt that currently resides there.

How do you sharpen these and keep the tips pointy?

I've been using 3M brand diamond files to do mine with>> and then follow up with Spyderco 204 stones. You've pretty much got to do them manually to get optimal results IMO.

I have also at times used my TORMEK (wet grinder) to also bring the points back to the original factory conditions.
