Hey, everyone:
I have a couple of updates that I'd like to share.

First, the forum knife release has been delayed a bit. We're now looking at a September release. I will update the original thread. The upside is that if you haven't signed up for the release notification - you still have time.

Second, due to some unforeseen circumstances and schedule challenges, we won't be able to announce the winners of the forum calendar contest until Friday, 24-Aug.

We apologize for the delays and thank you for your patience!

Today is the original "winner announcement date" for the calendar, so it was on my mind. It's also my first time entering, so I'm excited but apprehensive about who will be picked for the calendar this year! :eek: :confused:

Of all people, you should not be worried. You submitted a great photo, worthy of the cover.

Thanks! I still worry, not about compositional elements, but photo quality since I don't have a super wamodyne camera. I got it as good as I can, but it might not be as crisp an image as others' submissions.

The day of announcement is drawing near... :D
