Try a Dragonfly.
That would be a great candidate since I never liked the handles on them (Too little material where the middle and ring fingers go IMO), and it's tiny compared to a pacific salt. maybe forcing myself to carry one for a month would make me warm up to the ergos?

I just think he'd love the Spyderhawk because it is a hawkbill Pacific Salt.
Those still available? I meant to get one but it slipped my mind. Bday is coming up :D
They are still around. I remember reading that you were very eager to get one. I was/am too, but haven't bought one yet either, and my birthday recently passed.

I want to see someone EDC a Karahawk.. or try to at least :)
I have one and its great at certain tasks, but its pretty specific. Also carrying it is tricky, with that big ring sticking out..

We al know its not an EDC knife, but has anyone really given it a chance?

My votes are going to the rhino, the spyderhawk, and the chaparral lw. I'm throwing the chap in there becuase it is smaller but the ergos are good.

I doubt it. There’s only so much “ergonomicness” in a 2” handle.

Dfly allows a good grip because of the choil.
You can flick it open. With the ladybug I cut myself if I flick it. At it won't fully open 9 out of 10 times.

If the handle is too short you can extend it with a lanyard.

I recommend PE VG10 or H1 SE.

If you want something beefier try the Lil Native. Compression lock is awesome.
