Has there ever been an M390 Native?

I wouldn't mind a DLT exclusive, but I'd prefer red G10. Or a nice CF or titanium version... :rolleyes:

I don’t own a Native as I’m a shameless PM2 fanboy; can anyone tell me what they like about it so much?

This is not to suggest it's better than a PM2 or that there's anything wrong with the PM2. But the Native has some differences that may be compelling:

• No thumb ramp
• Ambidextrous
• Wide variety of construction: linered, linerless, lightweight FRN
• Some beautiful factory scales like fluted Ti, fluted CF
• Wide variety of weights, from 4.2oz on the Ti down to 2.5oz on the LW
• Back lock, which also has strong self-close and more controlled closing action

I also think it has more defined ergos than the PM2, but that probably increases the chance it won't fit someone else's hand well. The PM2 comes in a far wider array of steels and handle colors. I'd guess it outsells the Native as well.

The blade length fits into more jurisdictions--that's my main reason for having a Native. It's the shorter version of the ergonomics I love in the Manix 2.

My best attempt to get my favorite ergonomics in every jurisdiction goes like this:

Manix 2 (home)
Native (travel to my parents home)
Urban (travel most other places)

Nah, DLT Trading would be better...Red G10 scales with M390. They should do a DLC version as well. That would look sick against the Red.

i second that. More red and black hardware with satin blade and compression lock.
