Open a box containing another Spyderco, of course. I call it chain-carrying...

I used my Cruwear Military to confirm gravity by handling it lightly, as one would caress a grenade, whilst answering the call.

Fantastic choice of beer Vivi. Just had a couple of those myself at lunch with the wife yesterday. One of my top 5 go to beers.

please explain how to open a bottle with the pac salt without scratches or damages? it this "bottle opener" feature by design or a happy coincidence?

i was just thinking yesterday how great it would be if a small piece of metal was molded into the frn on the dragonfly and native lw as a bottle opener feature.

i could use any of my spydies to open a bottle in a pinch, but im not sure i could do it and guarantee there would be no scratches or damages to the frn or blade.

I used my foliage green Ladybug to break down some boxes over the weekend. (Just found out that my wife and I will be moving, so things have been super crazy). The Ladybug has always impressed me with its cutting ability. Really like this knife.

Used mine the other day to cut a packing strap that caught on another box and was going to pull a 3 ton car jack off the shelf onto my head.
Cut the strap, caught the first box with my other hand, and avoided having something the size of an anvil fall on me like the Roadrunner cartoons... all good.

Today, nothing dramatic, used it to cut paracord to make a lanyard for another Spyderco...

ZrowsN1s, what's the deal with Warncliff blades? Are they good? Saw a black handle delica with that the other day at the shop, but wasn't sure about it... never had a warncliff before...

Wharncliffe blades are very good. The idea is that with a perfectly straight edge you get maximum leverage and power from heel to tip along the edge when you make a cut, allowing for easier and deeper cuts than you would get with a regular blade. Knives with bellies to them lose leverage as you get to the curved portion of the blade.

It pokes good too. If you are stabbing into something with the wharncliffe delica the curve of the spine pushes the edge downward into what ever you are cutting. It's a great work knife, I would definitely recommend one.

Search for the thread 'ok it's time to get serious' if you want to know the inside story of how the wharncliffe delica came to be.

Cutting my little finger slicing open an English muffin (sorry, Bloke) with my Rhino. Just off the Sharpmaker, and my mind evidently.
