Reversing clip on standard
My question is this - would the design of the Standard permit someone to drill and tap the handle so that the clip could be mounted to position the knife tip-up. I want something about that size, with G-10 handles, but do not like tip-down. I know the Rookie is tip-up but most people say the Standard is beefier, and the blade is much like the Delica that I like so much. So for those who have a Standard and have some experience in this sort of thing - can the clip be drilled into the other end of the handle, if the person doing it knows what they are doing? Might Spyderco do this for a customer? Thanks for your advice in advance.
