when selling Spyderco items. This includes the major internet outlets AND eBay/etc sellers. Do any ask permission? I assume "authorized" Spyderco dealers have permission.

And second related question - I keep a three-ring notebook of description, dimensions, material, and reviews, etc for each knife and knife related product I have. This includes some pages I print from the Spyderco site.Do I need to write for permission? This is for my personal reference and in the off-chance of a legal run-in, I can have the information on blade length, etc. at hand immediately.

OOPS- one more for you - what does the "Check here. Remember details" box do? Can it help even MY memory? LOL

Hi John.

1) As long as sellers don't try to "pretend" they're the Spyderco factory, no problem.

2) same

3) I have no idea. Joyce? Vince? Have you checked it out?
