Moki made knives?

I think the Caly 3 and 3.5 are, right? If that is, then:

Which Spyderco knives are Moki made?

Yep. Off the top of my head the Persian and Massad Ayoob. I think there are others just stamped as "Japan" which means Moki. At least typicially for Spyderco.

Am sure there are others, but you can add all the Jess Horns, all the Calypso models, all the "real" (locking) Kiwis, and the Kopa series to the list.

The Viele's are Moki as well.
Look on the tang stamp at the word SPYDERCO.
If the Y is like this one (Y) it is not Moki.
If the Y is like a U on a stick instead of a V on a stick then it is Moki.
Love love love those Moki's :)

Judging from this GPK pic and using that condition, the Starmate is also a product of Moki:

Yes, the Starmate seems to be made by Moki.
Another sign: the other side of the blade is marked with "VG-10 Japan" without the Seki-City.

Really? Does Moki never use washers? I would think that a friction folder especially would benefit greatly from washers and an adjustable pivot.

So what is the little story about the ParaMilitary Brown G-10 in CPM-S35VN ?
It is stamped "Spyderco" with the rounded "Y" (=Moki) but also on the other side "Golden, Colorado, USA, Earth".

I think he what he means is that if the Y looks like a normal Y, then it's made in Seki. If it looks like a U on a stick, it's not made in Seki. All my Golden Spydies have the U on a stick and all my Seki Spydies havea V on a stick.

Yeah, that is correct.
It is Japan made knives we are refering to here with the U on a stick.

OK, I understand my mistake.
I never paid attention to these details before then, said like it was, I thought that the rounded "Y" was some sort of a Moky's trademark.
In fact Golden use the same rounded "Y".

Possibly, and there are several other Spyderco fixed blades stamped Japan only that have rounded Y's. However, I think it's dangerous to extend the assumptions that mean the knife was made by Moki beyond folders. Even for older folders it's an "educated guess", not a 100% certainty, because over the last 32 years Spyderco has used at least four makers in Japan.
