I caught a Mouse
I caught a Mouse
Got my Mouse knife from Blade-Tech today. Got the fish on the blade, I asked for it special to make sure. Two thumbs up for Blade-Tech, they were great. The knife seems on its way to becoming my favorite. If you like small cutters you need to look hard at this one!

Samo,
I had the same experience with Blade-Tech's e mail. Don't take it personally. I called them up for you today to ask about how they handle foreign orders (for a Blade Forums guy, how could I not?) First, she told me that their e mail has been down (and I get the impression this happens once in a while) so that explains the no reply. Anyway, she said foreign stuff (like Malaysia, for example) is shipped air mail. Up to three pounds is $17 U.S. You can order via the web site, or fax. She also said that they believe the e mail is working again so you could give another try there (still, I wouldn't bet on that method.) As to the Mouse itself, I love it. That's an initial impression, I have no real experience with it yet. It feels like quality, razor sharp, I love the handle, both materials and ergonomics. The blade cuts longer than it measures if that makes sense, very efficient design. It LOOKS like a Spydie, which I love too. I like to be able to see the pedigree. All in all a near perfect small knife, for one (like me) who prefers small knives. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend the Mouse. You'll know if the size is right for you, anybody can see it's not a Military (sometimes that's a good thing.) But if a Pegasus, Navigator, Cricket, SAK, etc. would work for you, then you'll be thrilled with fit, finish, materials and design on the Mouse. If all else fails you can always get Blade-Tech on a landline (I wouldn't want to guess the cost of the call) (253) 581-4347.

Tortoise - thanks for the info and asking those folks at Blade-tech pal! You 'R the man! I haven't seen the mouse up-close but from initial comments - most of the guys on Blade Forums label the mouse as a 'lil knife that ROCKS! You think the folks at Bladetech mind if I send in the payment through TT? Its faster! I have a full-sized Wegner and it ROCKS! Thinking dearly on getting the custom/special Wenger clipits from Bladetech too! Once again, thanks a million for the help pal!
