Dragonfly Salt with serrated H1. That knife gave me a love for the serrated edge and the simplicity of a linerless, washerless, plastic handled knife.

Question for the Cricket crowd. Is the knife supposed to have double washers on one side of the blade? When I took mine down, there were two washers on one side and only one washer on the other. Is this standard or was an extra washer stuck in there by accident? I actually didn’t even see which side...

If you're willing to buy a Sharpmaker, my opinion is that serrated H1 is the way to go. It feels like cheating.

Hey! I used gray Rit Dye, the powdered kind, and literally dipped it in there for 5 seconds at a time.
