Re: ORANGE Dragonfly? What do the ladies think?

Dragonfly is a great knife. Love the orange and yellow (salt) versions. But, being a dude, can I comment on this, lol?

Sadly have few "good" watches left. But here is the Native salt with my old citizen ti which I've worn for a while... The thing's been outdoors on bikes and such so much the red SUNDAY marking has faded to almost be white lol.

So what is the hardware on the Native5 Salt made out of?

I love my native5 salt. But... the salt2 has a ti clip. The clip on the native5 salkt is magnetic, which makes me figure it is not ti. But what IS it made from? Is it the same as the other native5 clips or is it some rustresistant material? And is the lockbar regular steel like the other natives or ...

I love mine. I usually carry the regular native or lately the salt native, but the lil native is also a favorite.

Re: Delicafly

Has anyone actually put a dragonfly blade on a delica? Just wondering... I did for the photo in the first post. It technically functions but there is a lot of slop in the blade and lock bar as things don’t match up correctly. You also have to use the Dragonfly pivot hardware as the Delica’s will no...

Re: Lil Native just keeps getting better

Love it. I have 4 other natives and while the little native is smaller than I usually carry it is almost always enough for the task. I also like how it is made, it is like an old steel dive watch, solid and well fit together. I do usually carry the regular size natives but I do often carry the lil n...

I was wondering how it would look in a black handle. Probably awesome. But since it cost over a hundred bucks I'm not about to try swapping it...

Re: Are you a collector?

Mostly spydercos but I do use them all. I don't see collecting stuff just to put it in a case unless it's really rare or antique that doesn't make sense to me, and ?I can't afford that stuff lol. The only other knives i got are a handful of butterfly knives and old style manual stilettos of modest s...

native 5 salt action

Got my native salt and am loving it. But the action out of the box was smooth, but a day of futzing with it it is stiff halfway open. I've heard these have no washers so.... will it break in or should I lube it, and if so with what?
Thanks.

Crap. Just got cut by mine! (not deep just a scratch but wow! FYI it comes shaving sharp and beyond...).
Only ever got cut once before with a spyderco don't want to make this a habit...
FYI the pocket clip is magnetic so not the ti one like on the salt 2.

Re: Mourning for the brick and mortar stores

something I wrote on the subject to a friend of mine a while back. Not specifically about knife shops but the idea is the same... 2-11-16 Sunday Star-Ledger article was déjà vu all over again. The two-page spread on the closing of Efingers, a longtime sports store in Bound Brook, New Jersey, had a r...
