I just got a shipping notification. It took a while, but on the way!
(and no real hurry... I'm just glad I managed to get a couple)

Re: MT35P - CPM MagnaCut Mule Team - Release Date
A faster server would mean they would've just sold out faster and then people would be mad about that and it would be "why can't you just make enough for demand". This is just how it works with limited production and high demand. I see almost word for word the same comments every time a D...

This is getting ridiculous. I haven't played this game in a while, and I think I'm going to give up.

Very disappointing... won't let me check-out! Keeps declining my transaction.
and way too many pages to click through before completing a transaction which greatly slows down the process.

Re: Cruwear micarta Bushcraft/Proficient
Absolutely! I'd love a Proficient or Bushcraft in Magnacut.bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 2:46 pmCan I inquire about a Magnacut Proficient? Is this feasible?
Spyderfam, if this is something you would purchase then let your voice be heard!!!
Actually, I would prefer the Bushcraft model over the Proficient, but I'd go for either.

I don't understand why so many knives are coming out in 20CV... not just Spyderco, but everybody. Too much chromium for my liking!

Re: High Performance Delica Excitement
I thought narrow VG-10 had a reputation for being chippy? (Kitchen knives w/ high bevel for ex). CG No. VG-10 is not a chippy steel... it's more tough, which is what makes it a good steel for kitchen knives with thin blade stock and bevels. It allows the steel to be easily straightened (steeled) fo...

Re: Question for Sal about Karahawk
Works great and is ergonomic in both forward and reverse grips. It doesn't get the most pocket time, but I recommend the knife!

Re: Would anyone else like to see the Delica get a forward finger choir?
Nope... not at all interested in a finger choil on the Delica.
I wouldn't buy another Delica if Spyderco did that (but then it wouldn't be a Delica anymore).

Re: Cheaper Darn Dao?
Hi Sal, I've noticed some disagreement amongst the forum about what a Flash Batch actually is. I was under the impression that once a Flash Batch is made, the model itself will never again be made again. Regardless of steel and handle material combinations, the model itself will not be repeated. Ot...

Re: AFI Performance Flash Batch
Super Blue would work really well with a thin, high grind! But I'm glad to hear this is moving forward, even with VG-10.
Please re-introduce the original pointy tip of the original Delica into this AFI Delica.

Re: Should the Kiwi 4 get a Sprint?
I would love one, but with the original blade shape and a hollow grind. The blade shape was changed to accommodate a FFG, but I think the knife lost a lot of it's character in the process. I also like the more pointy tip of the original.

Thank you all for your comments. Certainly lots to love about this knife, and I will just have to carry it more to adapt to the different blade angle.

Re: SpydieChef for EDC?
It does strike me that the blade shape means I will be using less of the tip and much more of the belly with common use. Not necessarily. Forefinger extended along the spine with thumb on the side of the blade offers excellent tip control. True, but then you have to bend your wrist at a more un-com...

Re: SpydieChef for EDC?
Thanks for the helpful replies and suggestions. I agree that with a new knife/style you just have to carry it... So I think that's what I'll do. It does strike me that the blade shape means I will be using less of the tip and much more of the belly with common use. But I appreciate the suggestions a...
