The Manix 2 Blurple just might have to be my next Spyderco knife, to keep my PM2 company.

Now i feel the Spyderco knives are where i need to be today.

There is a video on line with a man who has collected every PM2 that has been made, he just collects PM2s and any new steel or anything new he wants it.

Finding the Knife that a company like Microtech made special like the one used in a movie like John Wick, and a $500 dollar knife when first sold today is $3,500 even if you can find one someone wants to sell.

Strange but not as costly as the Microtechs have taken me. :-)

The only knives we sold that i really did not feel i could carry, were the larger Medfords but i did sell a few.
Most knives we sold sold were the Benchmade and Spyderco knives.

When i bought the Microtech Combat Troodom, i knew i was in real trouble i think it all begain when i started working in that knife Dept. at a local sporting good store.

I have larger knives i wanted a smaller type knife, and the military does not have the great locking system as the PM@ has.

I have a lot of knives that use many different blade steels cpm20cv m390 elmax 14c29n d2 1059 vg10 s30v 154cm n680 and a few others, a lot depends on what the knife is being used for.
Also the heat treating has a lot to do with how any steel preforms.

If i feel i need something larger i would carry my ZT 456, but i wanted a smaller knife that can do bigger things if needed.

Maybe i am just asking a question that some don't understand, just has anyone had a really tough box to open using their PM2? That should simple it down correct.

Has any owner had a life or death experience they had , that their Spyderco Paramilitary 2 was something that made the difference in the outcome.
