Hey all I was reading a book on competition hand gunning and happend apon a great idea a Quick Draw Clip for the clip it. It took about 30 mins to do but it really helps get the knife in and out of the pocket faster. I practiced all day w/ it and I'm pretty confident I can get my merlin out and open...

Well guys today I lost (and later found) My EDC beater. I would think it blaspheme to carry any other brand than Spyderco but I do. It's a Fred Carter custom folder. the reason it fell out of my pocket is that the screws that hold the clip tight came lose and I have no way of fixing it.. Thats when ...

Well I somtimes "click" when i'm nervious or bored but w/ my beater.

I used to EDC my Merlin till the clip came lose and did a 180 when it snaged somthing now the FRN is deformed :mad:

Well I'm not up to date w/ all the terms so I'll try hard.

Edit I now have a Rescue 93mm blk,Bob Lum blk tanto folder w/ CE.and a SS endura thats gonna be my edc

You know I put that together on lunch break. It made me think to myself how hard it must be to create all these designs on these knives and knowing the patent process theses are really some of the best knives in production, but yes I think that would be a popular add on to almost any spyderco. :D

I've had good luck w/ teflon lubes and I hear great things about XR-1 for use w/ knives.

Just catalogs for me. But I do play w/ a knife when I'm bored. I try to see how fast I can draw it and close it (both hands).

I'd buy One heck maybe Two. One for a EDC and one for the climbing harness.
