There is nothing wrong with chinese made knives IMO.When their knives are
quality controlled buy a great company like spyderco, but if you don't
know about the history, and are new to knives see the chinese made
stamp on the blade may think they are cheap cheap.... :o

I would change the large lock cutout. The gayle bradley is the best linerlock
on the market IMO.Large cutout=accidental lock release and promotes
rolling and twisting in hand.Other then that military is perfect. :)

I think the only flaw in the military's design is the ability to accidentally
disengage the lock, due to it's large cut-out.Only one of my four does this and
is has been opened and closed thousands of times. The compression and
other lock designs take this possibility away.

For my taste I wouldn't buy a folder over 4.5''.The reason being I will
move to a fixed blade. The pivot is the weak spot on a large folder
if the lock is over built.People tend to use larger blades harder like
E.I. batoning or heavy chopping. It would have to be a MBC design for
me to be interested.

I like mine well enough that I ended up buying two.The urgo's are top shelf and great compact handle to blade length.Blade has a very thick stock and is very strong, will last many years of heavy use.The only downside I can think of is I wish it was a little thinner behind the edge.. a high hollow gr...

Dream team..

I would like to see a military with translucent g-10, with a titanium frame
lock with a very shallow cut out "like the gayle bradley folder, only thicker.

Another would be a cpm m4 CFmilitary with a compression lock nuff said....cheers..

hey edge-e, if i had one of these beauties, i would invest in some kind of slip case like the ones that come with some william henry knives, a leather pocket with an elegant clip attached. later, don A belt case/sheath is the way to go I think. That way it can't get scratched at all.I would most lik...

I just noticed there isn't a pocket clip on this piece.
How do you carry a folder without a clip?.Pocket lint
would fill the fine file work on this stunning work of art, if I
were to carry it the old school way.
