Those new CF knives look really nice. Question about the grip on the handle. I love the CF on the military, so nice and grippy, but these look quite smooth. How grippy are they?

Thanks

Thanks Deacon,

Great Pics! The more I look at em the more I'm sure I made the right decision. I think this is one of the nicest looking Kopas, and it's priced right!

Think this one might wind up selling out even faster than the cocobolo version. Always kind of regretted not getting a cocobolo Kopa and I agree, I think these might be gone very soon. Definitely helped me make up my mind. Also, from the pictures I've seen there are some very nice subtle colors in ...

getting a kopa

Well, a few of you have probably seen me post questions about the new Quince Kopa. I've wanted a Kopa for awhile, this one looks good and is reasonably priced, and more importantly, I hadn't bought a knife for awhile and was going through some withdrawal (what's up with that? If I go a couple months...

Ebays a funny old game. I've already decided never to buy a knife on ebay unlessI know I can turn around and sell for at least the same in a couple weeks. Ebay occasionally throws up some great bargains, but it throws up some amazing crap as well. I can't believe how much the frn cricket's are going...

Thanks everyone! Actually, I like the look of the quince a lot, definitely more than the micarta. It seems to have a lot more subtle colors in it than I expected.

Well, depends what you're looking for. I've got a g10 Cara Cara and Meadowlark, and I think they're both great. Also, keep your eye out for the Catbyrd and G10 flight comning out, both of which I think are nice looking knives. You can check them out here: http://spyderco.com/forums/showthread.php?t=...

wanted: kopa quince photos!

Hi all, tried this a week or so ago but haven't seen anything yet. Does anyone have any pics of the new quince Kopa? I'm thinking this one might become my first Kopa.

It's amazing the things that happen and people do that make no sense. My favorite for the day: They want to pass a bill in Indiana so that people with Truck license plates have to wear seat belts. Two comments I heard on the news while interviewing people: "I'll wear a seat belt when motorcycli...

Ha ha, I liked that Zen, but maybe just because I'm exhausted. My two cents, I've ordered a couple times from WilDeals and it went really well.

Any quince reviews yet

Just wondering if anyone had received their Kopa Quince yet and what they thought (or if they had any pics :) )

G10 Police crazy

A g10 police was up for auction on Ebay, and since I started watching it, I've counted three seperate threads about it (though no one actually mentioned it). Well, unfortunately the price jumped up $85 in the last 30 seconds of the auction to over $200!! Sal, if your reading, everyone was interested...

I agree to an extent. I've only been addicted to knives for just over a year. Fourteen months ago when I was buying my first knife and researching what to get what you see is the SAKs the Case and Buck, and also low end stuff like Winchester and stuff. I ended up buying a Leek cause they had them at...

Hi Bluemist, I see what you're saying, but the great quality of the Byrd line just means I'll end up buying both, and selling on those I don't like as much. I know this is probably heresy, but I sold my Caly 3 because I like my Meadowlark G10 better. The fit and finish on the meadowlark aren't as ni...

I always have a max bid in my head and try to wait till the end, though auctions that end during the day are hard cause I'm often working (like this last stretch). Hope the ebay prices of stretch's doesn't go up! :p
