I've been waiting forever for my local store to get a yojimbo 2 in. They recently received a large spyderco shipment but it did not include any. It's my understanding that they are a large client of spyderco too. Large for Canada anyway.

Black blade tenacious. Got me hooked and I haven't bought a different brand since. I gave it to my brother for his birthday to show him the value of carrying a knife. It helped that I had some nicer spydies by then.

I'm really curious to see if/what changes will be made from what we have seen compared to the finished product. How rough are prototypes?

The Karahawk is the spyderco I've been waiting for. Still waiting for haha. Just bought a p'kal yesterday. It will have to tide me over for now! I really appreciate you posting this stuff. I'm new to all of this and have been combing the web for shot videos.

I only own a Dodo so I can't help you out. I have been waiting to find a Yojimbo 2 for a while but am considering the p'kal. What don't you like about the Yojimbo that has you wanting to swap out?

I couldn't agree more with gbelleh, spudernut and evil d. Although I have to admit I lean more towards the collector side. My collection of spyderco's is right where I want it so I find that I carry an abuser and an enjoyment knife in rotation. I'd use the nicer of the two for something light but wo...

This was going to be my next purchase after I find a Yojimbo 2. Guess I'll wait until I hear about them being fixed

I would suggest you get your hands on one again. I held the lightweight version and it just didn't click for me. The G10 model was awesome but I just couldn't justify the purchase as it was an emotional gotta have it kinda thing. So I bought an orange delica instead haha.

My next purchase is definitely a Yojimbo 2!
