I've noticed that the full ZDP-189 Stretch blade is more resistant to scratching than the cladded version of the Caly that I had. Celebrating St Paddy's Day early; Green scaled matter separators for the upcoming week

On my blurple Manix I first attempted with my Wiha bits; didn’t want to budge. Boiled the knife for 15 minutes (not touching the bottom of the pan) then the screws were easy to remove :spyder:

Sharpmaker / EdgePro / Wicked Edge

With the last two listed you can go as plain or not depending on where you want to be with your bevels; lately I've preferred a coarser bevel finish.
