If you go Delica you will regret not having the bigger blade. Trust me.

This is one of my favorite steels as well. It does patina instantly though, which is fine by me just adds character.

1st mule to my knowledge had factory seconds. Thx to all who posted prob just a finish issue and last user prob put scales on the handle.

I do plan to put this to use and the handles would cover this up. The spydie hole finish is a bit upsetting, but not a deal breaker. However it would be nice if it was perfect or these issue disclosed before hand.

Do you see spyderco making other models in cpm-m4? I enjoy the non stainless for their uniqueness, ease of sharpening, and their slicing properties and I really like this steel, but would like to see a different model maybe a para2. I was starting to get aggravated due to the angle being off. I was wondering if I should get these knives professionally sharpened or reprofiled. I will give it a shot with this method. Thank you for your comments

To get a razor edge on my Delica on either 40 deg or 30 deg. I have to turn the knife ever so slightly towards the middle of the sharpmaker (away from the stones) I am not hitting the edge on both sides of the knife due to the sharpie trick.
