Re: No sharpening November
Im down for it, I’ll probably carry my composite blade manix 2 if any of my knives can stand up to a month of use with no sharpening I feel like it would be that one.

I am a big fan of mike birbiglia and I also really like the older Dave Chappelle stuff I’m talking about the chappelle show and earlier.

Compression, lock front flipper can this please be a thing
Hey guys so a few days ago I responded to the “What is the coolest Spyderco that doesn’t exist?” Thread and I said I thought it would be really cool if Spyderco made a compression lock front flipper. Since then I have been thinking/obsessing about the idea of a compression lock front flipper, and I ...

Re: Favourite non spyderco?
I like a lot of what ZT/Kershaw put out (although some really make me kinda cringe too). If I wasn't a Spyderco fanboy I'd probably be in that camp. I like a lot of other brands like Strider and CRK but there have always been reasons I bought a Spyderco instead and to me that says a lot. Maybe I'm ...

Re: Favourite non spyderco?
I really like the small sebenza (mine has the drop point blade, I would have got an indigo blade but they don’t make that for the ones with the would inlays.) I also recently got a ZT 0450 with some blue scallop patten day scales which is a really fun functional fidget knife (plus that doesn’t break...

A Spyderco Slysz Bowie for 100$ :D
For real though if they made a Spyderco with the compression lock and a front flipper I think that could be really cool.

Anybody used any of the spydercos with the Emerson/wave opener?
Hey guys I have been looking at some of the delicas and enduras with the Emerson openers on them I just wanted to hear from the people who have experience with the wave opener spydercos. What did you think of them, are how well do they work on backlock knives like the delica and endura, do you use t...

I mean it looks real to me, and if you didn’t buy it from a shady source I don’t see any reason why it would be a fake.

How do you store your knives
Hey guys I got a protective case to store my knives in a few days ago, specifically the Seahorse 920, and so far I am really impressed with it, especially for 100 bucks.
Anyway I just wanted to see how you guys store your knives?

Re: Argh, Para 3 dilemma!
I own the M390 version from BBS and I love it, everyone and their mother knows that M390 is a fantastic steel. And as far as those blue scales are concerned, I was planning on swapping them out with some aftermarket scales, but when I unboxed the knife that blue G10 looked so sharp I decided to keep...

Re: Need Your Input - Which to Buy?
The native 5 is a great knife I don’t have any experience with the lightweight version but I really like mine full weight version. Someone else also suggested the lil native with the comp lock, I don’t have experience with it but I love the comp lock and I have heard nothing but good things about th...

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Today I carried my Native 5 or the pill as I have started calling it (because of its silhouette when it is closed) Sadly I haven’t gotten the chance to cut anything with it today... anybody need some cardboard cut?

Re: ‘First’ Spyderco
As usual I recommend the Para 3 in any version. It's just a really solid all around knife and while I love the PM2 I have found that if your finger is too high up on the compression lock when you close it the blade tang can hit your finger, the para 3 does not have that problem.

Re: Overturning of Knife Restrictions
Hi Dave, Australian laws recently outlawed everything that could be flicked open. Even a Ladybug. sal Flick open a ladybug, impossible! ;) All jokes aside, I do get that maybe there are some places where carrying a pocket knife should be prohibited like in a school, but I think it's ridiculous to d...

Re: New Member and some questions!
Hey Xander, I'm not sure when about any of the release dates are for the sprint runs but I am a para 3 fanboy and I lubricate mine with 10 weight nano oil and it has worked great on the my para 3s. If you have not already thought about it, I would also highly recommend adding a Casey Lynch/Lynch Nor...
