Re: UKPK 52100 Sprint?

Count me in on this. For one reason or another I have not gotten a chance to add the UKPK into my collection. This steel would definitely do it. I am also in favor of using the UKPK in general as the mule platform while the fixed blade are on hiatus.

Re: SPYDEREDGED Sprint Runs: It's Way Past Time

Actually had they offered the C-111 Captain and ULIZE both in PE & SE I truly believe that both models would still be in the main line up. Because there are just some models that are made for the SPYDEREDGE. I had my Vrango out last night thinking about the C111 Captain. Would you want the whol...

Re: SPYDEREDGED Sprint Runs: It's Way Past Time

One question though, why is yours numbered? Collector's Club knife, friend. I started with the patriarch: the Civilian, pretty early into my collection. After spending some time with it, I moved on to the Matriarch for a more user-friendly carry. During this time I had really started to ...

Re: SPYDEREDGED Sprint Runs: It's Way Past Time

JD, do you ever think there would be a practical application for spyderedge on the C104 Kris? Before tonight I never knew this was a self defense blade shape, the profile is so extreme they describe the cutting edge as giant serrations.

Re: Any word on the Native Salt?

*Dropping a question here from another thread to properly place conversation (Also now that I look back on THIS thread I see it was brought up on page 1. Whoops..)* Sal, can you confirm this model will have salt-esque hardware (clip, screws, lock bar, lock spring) ?? In the description of most all t...

Re: C41NSPSRD5 - Native 5 Never Summer Exclusive - Available NOW

I'm not sure if the new Native Salt is the same as the Never Summer version in terms of all of the parts. The new one is a "salt" model so I'm assuming that all the parts are highly rust resistant or rust proof. I figured ti clip like on the other salts? Good call, ABX. I had forgotten th...

Re: On a personal note... (related to the Discontinued List)

I’m curious, what do you use it for? I’m well aware of the benefits of SE for EDC but for vegetable prep I really doubt anything can match the gyuto and petty knives I made myself. I would say our blue K04 gets the most use out of any of our SE kitchen knives. Anytime we are prepping veggies in whi...

Re: SPYDEREDGED Sprint Runs: It's Way Past Time

You and I think way too much alike. I would be all over this. Still eyeing the pe bento box lil matriarch. May have to get one of those. I haven't looked at that one in a while but the current price is a steal (First time I have said that on any BBS listing.) I bet the PE functions better than I an...

Re: C41NSPSRD5 - Native 5 Never Summer Exclusive - Available NOW

With the hype on the LC200N Native over the last month and Sal indicating it release on the horizon, I wonder if some of the newer forum memebers realize we technically have already had a N5LW Salt release? Today, the 3rd Colorado ski/snowboard resort opened up for the season. This time of year alwa...

Re: On a personal note... (related to the Discontinued List)

I’m tempted to snag a serrated chefs knife to replace our lame bread knife, but it’s not very long and do I really even want a serrated kitchen knife? Plus at $70 it’s still not a steal. I'm sure you already know but for anyone who doesn't, :spyder: makes a really great bread knife: K01SBK. We are ...

I wouldn't mind seeing the Lil' Matriarch come back in a full SE H1 or LC200N option.

Re: 2018 Discontinued List

I keep going back and looking at that Euroedge. I have bought so many knives lately and I know I shouldn't buy another now but it just keep calling to me. I hope they sell out before I fold. In the same boat pal.. I even had one i had to let go to finance a Kopa that popped up unexpectedly :/ I als...

Spyderco Citadel 83mm Black Blade....
Thanks for posting. The Citadel is a nice model. I had the chance to pick one up in Scottsdale a couple of years back and regret not doing so. Neat to see its guts.
