Yes, but not nearly as easily as, say, even a Ladybug. It's much easier to open it two handed like a traditional pocketknife.
Actually, that's how I would classify this one - Spyderco's take on the classic small slipjoint pocketknife. Just, instead of a nail nick, it has a hole.

I received my Grasshopper from Knifecenter.com today via UPS. It is really knice! It is quite a bit larger than the Honeybee, as the pics below demonstrate.
