That really sucks!!!! I hate losing knives!.....I lost a Delica once, and bought a replacement.....then got the original back through some luck, and then proceeded to loose the replacement that I bought!!!

Thanks, I too was amazed at how good it looks. It's really a shame to have them painted black....but I understand, when they are black, they are Waaaaaay less noticeable when clipped to your pocket.

I used my Dremel with the cloth wheel, and some Flitz. It didn't take long at all. I actually did my BM 556 and 710 too. I had all 3 done in less then an hour. I said the same thing about the Pink Delica being a bad idea because to a kid or a baby it looks like a toy.....Not very many agreed with me.

My Endura is about a month old and the clip already isn't looking that great so I thought what the heck, I'll polish it. I've had my 3 Delica's since 97 and 98. I havn't had the chance to handle a new one. But I'll add, if you get that BY04.....Your going to LOVE it!

its not crazy, its a great profit. I did the same with the Playstation 2 and made close to over 500. Not bad for free money. Its just supply and demand. That's too bad about the area. I lived in the French Quarter for about a year in 1969-1970. I was playing in my band for the whole year, we walked by one of the Cemeteries there almost everyday. I havn't been back since late 1970.....sorry to hear it's turned into such a bad place.

David, Your observations of the D'Allara mirror mine completely. I would carry mine more if it weren't quite so wide. It's also hard for me to unlock it with sweaty, or oily fingers. I don't have the strength in my hands and fingers as I did when I was a kid of 30, so the rolling ball is not optimun...
