Re: What a great tool a knife is. “PICS”

I love seeing knives used, but it seems like just a small drill and a 3/8" bit would go a long way here...save you some struggle at least. Happy cutting!

Re: Different edge angles?

I don't count exactly either, but I have definitely run into some off center apices...I think this is probably much more likely, unless you were just completely over grinding one side.

Re: What was your first Spyderco?

Jade M4 Paramilitary 2

I held off for over a year waiting on this one to come out, it was a feeding frenzy and sold out in less than an hour. I'm glad that I decided to grab 2 at the time. Definitely my most carried Spydie to date.

Re: New 20CV Para 2!!!

Centering is off on mine, and it also has a little play. Drops free but I would like to tighten the pivot a bit. Definitely enough loctite. ..haha.

Re: Caly 3 EDC perfection? Could we see a compression?

I appreciate this, and I thank you for the response Sal. In the end I just really hope this iconic/definitive design is not abandoned and is subjected to CQI the way every other amazing Spyderco creation is. Once again I love the Caly 3 and first and foremost do not want to see this near perfect aba...

Caly 3 EDC perfection? Could we see a compression?

So I just picked up one of these guys in Hap 40 a couple weeks ago, and I have to say that I am smitten. I have way too many knives in general and Spydercos more specifically, but I can't seem to kick this great design out of my pocket. Size, weight, materials, clip, all just scream ultimate EDC. I ...

Re: Spyderco Photo of the Week Contest!

You're from Weatherford and your not carrying something from Gayle Bradley? :) At least your Para 3 has M4 steel. Haha, Gayle is the one that got me onto M4! I've got several of the Bradley models and several of the BHQ exclusives! What I really need is a custom... I had the pleasure of meeting Gay...

I'm not talking about making the scale any smaller, I'm just suggesting removing the lanyard hole and moving the clip towards the end of the handle scales, so that you have less of the knife above the pocket line...

Re: Burnt Orange Rex 45 para 3

https://preview.ibb.co/eSuhfz/Para_3_Rex_45.jpg Picked this one up earlier this afternoon! I'm super satisfied! No play, loose action, even bevel, crisp screws, it really is a perfect Para 3 specimen. I honestly love the size of the Para 3 (So far, this and the Jade/M4) but I really do wonder how m...

Re: CPM Rex 45 Para 2 !!

My Rex 45 PM2 also came with a stripped clip screw, I contacted Spyderco and had replacement screws a few days later at no charge. It was unfortunate that the screw came stripped, but I felt like Spyderco took care of me and it was a simple process, they just wanted a picture of the stripped screw. ...

Re: Jade/M4 Yojimbo

I've got 3 of the Jade/M4 offerings so far and am eagerly awaiting more of the Spyderco greats in this combo! Definitely my personal favorite combination, and as has been posted previously, if you don't like the Jade simply dye the scales whatever color your heart desires. It's saddening to hear tha...

Re: ELmax?

I would love to see more Elmax from Spyderco, it is definitely one of my favorite stainless steels. I find it to be a fantastic combination of corrosion resistance, toughness & edge retention while being able to hold a screaming sharp edge.

More Elmax Please!!
