Re: Cutleryshoppe Exclusive Native Chief, DLC CTS-XHP, Orange G10
Meanwhile I'm STILL continuing on with nothing new since late November! I'm pretty sure this a record for me...though I guess buying a BM, a couple CRK's and a Bradford does fill that void :p Awaiting something new and exotic, jaw dropping but also functional and not a gimmick *looking at you Pochi...

Re: Liquid Cobra is making some knives..
Thanks for the kind words folks. Here’s another I just finished. Running on bearings. I think it’s time to start thinking about a new design with a Spydie hole. :) https://i.imgur.com/REXvpqL_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium https://i.imgur.com/c3uwnnh_d.webp?maxwidth=640&...

Re: We finally got the UKPK Salt. Thank you Sal
On the UKPK, can you close the blade by just pressing on the spine and snap it closed? Is there any detent along the closing arc to stop the blade from closing with just one press of the index finger? I can snap my HH UKPK from open to shut in one move by putting pressure on the spine of the blade ...

Re: Why the torture Spyderco?
Not really sure what you mean when you list those knives. Many of those knives were so popular they got sequel versions made. As for the Slysz Bowie..that knife was pretty well received lol. It would also be good to mention that many of the knives you listed were the first flippers or bearing model...

Re: Liquid Cobra is making some knives..
Thanks! I’m shooting for 61-62 HRC. My newer blades will be thinner than the ones I’m making now but they will still be hollow grinds.

Been a while so I thought I’d share some of my latest knives. All blades are CPM20CV, front flippers. Thanks for looking. https://i.imgur.com/zecGazp_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium https://i.imgur.com/3xaTDtI_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium https://i....

Re: Why the torture Spyderco?
I created a similar thread a few years ago because I too would like to see a standard production tanto in the line up. It got to 13 pages and had a lot of support. It was specifically requesting the return of the Lum tanto and/or a standard production tanto blade shape. https://forum.spyderco.com/vi...

Re: Cruwear Micarta PM2 Full liners
This is not good news to me. I understand the reasoning behind the decision by Spyderco but I certainly hope this is not a sign of things to come. Nested liners is a wonderful feature. One that actually sets the US made Spyderco knives apart from the rest of their line up and indeed, from other manu...

Re: Your longest period of time WITHOUT a Spydie purchase
I’m currently in my longest stretch ever as well. I haven’t bought a Spyderco since August. 🥺
I can honestly say that I’ve bought a new Spyderco probably at least once a month for the last 5 years.
